Terms for using HappyHorse AI video generation, accounts, credits, subscriptions, and generated content
2026/04/26
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of HappyHorse, including our website, AI video generation workspace, public gallery, accounts, credits, subscriptions, and related services.
By using HappyHorse, you agree to these terms. If you use HappyHorse on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
These terms are product terms, not legal advice. Your use of generated content may also be subject to laws, platform rules, client contracts, or third-party rights that apply to your own project.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
We may require email verification, abuse-prevention checks, payment validation, or other reasonable safeguards before enabling some features. You may not create accounts or use automation to avoid usage limits, credit limits, payment rules, or safety systems.
You may submit prompts, uploaded images, video references, audio references, and other materials to generate videos. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit those materials and to use the generated outputs for your intended purpose.
HappyHorse may process your prompts, uploads, settings, and generated outputs to provide the service, operate generation jobs, show results, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability. Generations are private by default unless you choose to publish or share them.
AI-generated outputs can be unpredictable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, or distributing them.
You may not use HappyHorse to create, upload, request, publish, or distribute content that:
We may remove content, block generation, suspend accounts, revoke gallery publishing, or take other action when we believe use of HappyHorse may violate these terms or create risk for users, third parties, or the service.
Videos are not published to the public gallery unless they are marked public and indexable through the product flow. Public gallery entries may include the prompt, thumbnail, playback link, metadata, and other context needed to display the video.
Only publish content you have the right to share publicly. Do not publish client work, private people, confidential materials, unreleased campaign assets, or third-party content unless you have permission.
HappyHorse may use credits, subscriptions, paid plans, and one-time credit packs to meter generation. Credit costs may depend on duration, resolution, reference features, concurrency, and plan limits.
Paid services are processed through our payment provider. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges for subscriptions until canceled. Credits, plan benefits, limits, expiration windows, and commercial-use rights are described on the pricing and checkout pages at the time of purchase.
We may change prices, plan features, credit costs, or free usage limits. Changes will apply prospectively unless required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service stability.
You can cancel a subscription through the billing flow when available or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase type, usage, payment provider rules, and applicable law. Consumed credits and successfully generated outputs are generally not refundable unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout.
HappyHorse and its software, interfaces, designs, documentation, branding, and site content are owned by HappyHorse or its licensors.
You retain rights you already have in prompts, uploads, and other materials you submit. Subject to these terms, you may use generated outputs for lawful purposes consistent with your plan, checkout terms, and applicable rights. You are responsible for ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights or violate platform, client, or legal requirements.
HappyHorse depends on infrastructure, storage, payment systems, email systems, generation providers, and other third-party services. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, generation success, latency, output quality, or permanent storage of every asset.
You may stop using HappyHorse at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, failed to pay, abused free usage, or used the service in a way that could harm HappyHorse, users, or third parties.
HappyHorse is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
AI outputs may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, unexpected motion, visual defects, or content that is not suitable for your intended use. Review every output before relying on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HappyHorse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or substitute services arising from or related to your use of HappyHorse.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of HappyHorse after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
