This Privacy Policy explains how HappyHorse collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website, AI video generator, public gallery, accounts, payments, and support flows.

We design HappyHorse so generations are private by default. A video becomes public only when you choose to publish it through the product flow.

Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account information, such as name, email address, authentication provider, profile image, and account settings.
• Generation information, such as prompts, selected style, duration, aspect ratio, resolution, camera settings, uploaded media references, job status, and generated output metadata.
• Uploaded media, such as images, video references, and audio references you submit for generation.
• Billing information processed by our payment provider, such as customer ID, invoice ID, plan, price, payment status, and subscription state.
• Usage and device information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, language, theme preference, logs, diagnostics, and approximate location derived from network information.
• Support and communication information, such as messages you send us and email subscription preferences.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, secure, and maintain HappyHorse.
• Create and manage accounts, sessions, credits, subscriptions, and billing.
• Run AI video generation jobs and return results.
• Store uploads and generated outputs so you can access them.
• Show private dashboards, result pages, and public gallery entries when you publish content.
• Prevent fraud, spam, scraping, payment abuse, and unsafe generation.
• Send service emails, verification emails, password reset emails, support replies, and optional newsletters.
• Analyze product reliability, performance, and usage trends.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Uploaded media and generated videos

Uploaded media and generated videos may be stored using S3-compatible storage and processed by generation providers to produce outputs. Do not upload confidential, sensitive, or third-party materials unless you have the right to use them.

We do not publish your private generations unless you choose to make them public. We may retain job records, storage keys, thumbnails, status data, and related metadata so the product can display results and maintain account history.

Public gallery

When you publish a video to the public gallery, the public entry may include the video, thumbnail, prompt, playback link, creation metadata, and other context needed to display the work. Public pages may be indexed by search engines and viewed by other people.

You can choose not to publish private work. Do not publish client, personal, or confidential materials unless you have permission.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers. We may store payment provider identifiers, subscription state, invoice IDs, pricing information, and transaction metadata needed for billing, credits, accounting, support, and fraud prevention.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, session security, language and theme preferences, abuse prevention, payment flows, analytics, and product performance when enabled. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

Analytics and performance tools may help us understand aggregate usage, page performance, and product reliability. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate HappyHorse. These may include:

• Better Auth or related authentication infrastructure for accounts and sessions.
• Stripe for payments, subscriptions, invoices, and fraud prevention.
• Resend for transactional email and newsletters.
• S3-compatible storage for uploads, thumbnails, and generated outputs.
• Inngest for asynchronous generation orchestration.
• Analytics and performance tools when enabled.
• Turnstile or similar abuse-prevention tools when enabled.
• AI generation providers that process prompts, settings, references, and media needed to generate videos.
• Hosting, database, logging, monitoring, and support infrastructure.

Service providers process information for us under their own terms and privacy commitments. We share only what is reasonably needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide HappyHorse, maintain account and billing records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms. Retention periods may differ by data type, plan, legal requirement, and product feature.

You may request deletion of your account or certain information by contacting support. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or legitimate business reasons.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.

• Update account information where product settings allow it.
• Keep generations private by not publishing them to the gallery.

Children's privacy

HappyHorse is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without parental consent. Do not use HappyHorse to create or share content that exploits or harms minors.

International use

HappyHorse may be operated from, and information may be processed in, countries other than where you live. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred and processed internationally as needed to provide the service.
